Which manufacturers and models are covered?

We have over 6,000 models covered at the moment on our Central Heating Edition of the software.

Will the DVD run on a Linux or Apple Mac based computer?

At the moment the software will only work on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Can I install the boilers software on my Smart Phone?

The central heating edition is available as an App for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. You would need to purchase these from the AppStore/MarketPlace. We provide links to the App’s on our GIW Mobile Product page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally your item is posted out the next working day, but all items usually arrive within 7 Working days from order. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days please email us and we can provide you with an update.

How many computers can I install the software on?

The software comes with one single computer license allowing you to install it on one computer at a time.  Your are able to move the software from one computer to another, but a reasonable fair use policy is applied when moving the software around. (You are permitted to move the software a maximum of three times.)

Can I purchase more Licenses?

If you want to use your DVD / USB memory stick in more than one computer then we are able to offer additional licenses to be bought at £10.00 per additional license. This payment covers the cost of support and help you may require for each additional machine.  If you would like to do this please contact us and we can arrange a direct Paypal invoice. We cannot provide additional licenses for smart phones.

How do I Pay?

We accept several methods for payment.

1.    Google checkout – This allows you to pay for your goods online using your standard credit card.

2.    Paypal – You can use a standard credit card as a one off payment, or if you already have a Paypal account then sign in and make the payment from your normal funds.

3.    Cheque or Postal Order – We accept a standard Cheque or postal order, if you would like to pay via this method please contact us and we will be happy to provide our Postal address.

Do you provide support if I need it?

We provide all our customers support, we want to make sure all our customers are happy and up and running, if your happy you may just tell your friends about us.

The easiest way to get help is to email us with as much information as you possibly can, we will always get back to you within 24 hours.

We do have a telephone number also, however to ensure we keep the price of our software to a minimum we are not always sat waiting for the call, but if you would like to leave us a message we will get back to you.
